When is Mr Milly’s restocked?
As soon as we have new pieces available they will be added to the online collection. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to find out what’s happening.

Where is the item I have seen on Instagram?
As everything is handmade we don’t have a large stock of items and some will be one offs. We occasionally will recreate a piece though this will take time. Email us if there is something you have in mind at hello@mrmillys.co.uk

    Where is Mr Milly’s based?
We are based in London, UK

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
When buying from the site we will mail your item within 3 working days of purchase. We are a very small company so there may be rare occasions where this isn’t possible. If this is the case we will notify you by email immediately. For UK customers we send via Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery. For overseas customers Royal Mail International tracked.

    How are your pieces shipped?
Due to the fragile nature of most of the products we carefully pack them to ensure their safety. We also want you to enjoy the experience of receiving a Mr Milly’s item so under the layers of packing material you will find a lovely box with a ribbon ready to give as a gift or enjoy yourself!

    What is your refund policy?
We really hope you are happy with your order but understand it’s sometimes difficult to buy online so will accept returned items within 10 days of purchase. Please help us in returning them in the same packaging or something similar and very well protected.

What can I expect from the ceramics?
The ceramics are all made by hand so this means they are not manufactured perfection. They may have wobbly edges which we think adds to the charm. Glazing is unpredictable which makes for interesting finishes. We have tried to be clear in the photography what you will receive and have shot the front and back where applicable to help.

How do I look after my ceramics?
Even though the ceramics are strong and should outlive us all we wouldn’t recommend using them in the dishwasher or oven because of their unusual shapes. Also note that the unglazed surfaces (such as the underside of plates) are water and stain resistant but not stain proof. Clean any food away from these areas straight away if possible. If there are any stains try baking soda with warm water to use as a light abrasive.

    What does a rearrangement mean?
Rearrangements are vintage items that we have worked with to give a new life. Some pieces may be over 100 years old so will show signs of age. Please check the pictures carefully before buying.
